Mr Khan is the managing director of A-Z Law. He is highly experienced, having been in continuous practise for over 30 years. 

He is also a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel and a member of the Housing Law Practitioners’ Association. His areas of expertise are human rights, constitutional law, administrative law, property, housing, family, immigration and civil litigation. 

He takes pride in the high level of service A-Z Law Solicitors consistently offers to its clients in a traditional manner with a modern approach. He believes that the firm should continually strive to provide a high level of service to ensure clients feel at ease when dealing with the firm at what can be a worrying and stressful time. 

He works closely with his clients at all stages so their particular needs and objectives are achieved and they are kept up to date on progress in their matter. He provides a friendly yet professional approach, which ensures his clients feel confident in asking him about any aspect of their case. 

In 2012, A-Z Law Solicitors received its Lexcel accreditation, which was awarded to the firm for meeting the highest practise management and client care standards. 

In addition to having overall responsibility for the firm’s management and compliance work, he is also the firm’s Money Laundering Reporting Officer. 

Mr Khan speaks fluent Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi, which makes clients from BME background at home with him.
